General Terms and Conditions – €1 Purchase on Nagome



These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of the €1 (one euro) pre-order deposit (plus 21% VAT) on the Nagome platform. By making this purchase, the User agrees to be bound by the present Terms.


1. Purpose

The €1 purchase (plus VAT) is a pre-order deposit which grants the User the right to unlock specific lifetime features (“Features”) within the Nagome application, subject to the conditions described herein.


2. Price and Taxes

The price of the purchase is €1 per unit, excluding VAT.

A value-added tax (VAT) of 21% will be applied, in accordance with Belgian tax law.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

3. Eligibility and Limitations

Each User may acquire up to five (5) pre-orders.

Each pre-order grants the User the right to activate one (1) lifetime Feature in the Nagome marketplace, as such Features become available.

Availability of Features is limited and may evolve over time at the sole discretion of Nagome.

4. Delivery of Features

The Features will be made available through the Nagome application or marketplace once available.

Nagome reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue specific Features, provided that the User retains access to at least one equivalent Feature per pre-order purchased.

Access to Features is linked to the User’s account and is non-transferable.

5. No Refund Policy

The €1 purchase is a symbolic and functional pre-order deposit. Payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases required by Belgian consumer protection law.


6. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Nagome application, Features, and related content remain the exclusive property of Nagome SRL. The User is granted only a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Features unlocked.


7. Liability

Nagome is not liable for any indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business, or revenue.

In any case, Nagome’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User under these Terms.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium.


Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium.
